摘要

目的分析新生儿室性心动过速（室速）的心电图特征、治疗和预后，为临床诊疗提供参考。方法运用动态心电图分析新生儿室速的类型和特征，总结其治疗与预后。结果发现18例患儿，合并心脏结构异常者13例。其中持续性室速2例，抗心律失常药物治疗复律效果佳；非持续性室速16例：并行心律性室速6例，室早同源性室速10例，2例患儿予以抗心律失常治疗，其他患儿予以对症支持治疗，均复律。结论新生儿室速总体预后较好。持续性室速及反复发作的短阵室速需要积极抗心律失常治疗。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the dynamic electrocardiogram（DCG） characteristics

treatment and prognosis of neonatal ventricular tachycardia（VT）

so as to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods The types and characteristics of neonatal ventricular tachycardia were analyzed by DCG

and its treatment and prognosis were summarized. Results Eighteen patients presented with VT

13 of them had structural heart disease. There were 2cases had sustained ventricular tachycardia

and antiarrhythmic drugs demonstrated a good effect on cardioversion; 16cases had non-sustained ventricular tachycardia: 6 of them had parasystolic VT

10 cases had premature ventricular homologous; 2 of them were treated with antiarrhythmic therapy

and the others were treated with symptomatic support

all of them was succeeded in cardioversion. Conclusions The overall prognosis of neonatal VT is good.Sustained VT and recurrent paroxysmal VT need active antiarrhythmic treatment.
