摘要

目的通过观察心肌炎心电图（ECG）、心脏磁共振（CMR）、心脏超声（UCG）表现以分析三者在心肌炎中的诊断作用。方法回顾性分析贵州省人民医院收治的急性心肌炎患者64例，所有患者均行ECG、CMR及UCG诊断阳性情况。结果观察到ECG表现多样性及多变性；ECG、CMR阳性率分别为85.9%

89.1%，而UCG阳性率15.6%，差异有统计学意义。结论心电图较强的可重复性、经济、无创、操作起来比较方便，是急性心肌炎的首选检查方法；ECG、CMR对诊断急性心肌炎阳性率较UCG明显增高，对临床诊断心肌炎有较重要的临床参考价值。

Abstract

Objective To explore the feature of ECG

and UCG in patients with myocarditis. Methods Retrospective analysis of the CMR

ECG and UCG. Results There are diversity and variability in ECG of viral myocarditis.Compared with the positive rate of CMR

ECG and UCG

UCG（15.6%） was significantly lower（p<0.001） than that in the CMR

ECG（85.9%

89.1%）. Conclusions The examination of ECG has features of repeatability

ECG and CMR have guiding significance for diagnosis of viral myocarditis.
