Objective To investigate the effect of Shenfu injection combined with exercise treadmill training on left ventricular function and exercise tolerance in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF). Methods One hundred and twenty-six elderly patients with CHF admitted to our department from May 2017 to July 2019 were selected as the research objects
and randomized by lottery. All the patients were given exercise treadmill training. Sixty three cases in the control group were treated with freeze-dried recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide(rh-BNP)
and 63 cases in the observation group were treated with Shenfu injection. The clinical efficacy
left ventricular function indexes and exercise tolerance indexes after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(95.24%>84.13%)(p<0.05); the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) and left ventricular short axis shortening rate(LVFS) levels of the observation group were greater than those of the control group. The left ventricular end diastolic inner diameter(LVEDD) level was lower than that of the control group(p<0.05); the energy metabolism equivalent(MET) and maximum exercise heart rate levels of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(p<0.05). Conclusions Shenfu injection combined with exercise treadmill training can improve patients’ cardiac function and exercise tolerance
