Objective To investigate the occurrence of atrial fibrillation in patients with chronic heart failure（CHF） and its influencing factors. Methods The clinical data of 130 patients with CHF admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to December 2020 were retrospectively analyzed. All the patients were given routine treatment for 3months

the occurrence of atrial fibrillation during treatment was observed in all patients

New York Heart Association（NYHA） classification

brain natriuretic peptide（BNP）

left atrial diameter（LAD）

left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF）

and thyroid stimulating hormone（TSH） levels. The influencing factors of atrial fibrillation in patients with CHF were analyzed. Results Among the total 130 patients with CHF

37 cases had atrial fibrillation

the incidence was 28.46%. After univariate and Logistic multivariate analysis

high levels of BNP

LAD

TSH and high classification of NYHA were the influencing factors of atrial fibrillation in CHF patients（OR>1

p<0.05）. Conclusions High levels of BNP

LAD

TSH and high classification of NYHA are the influencing factors of atrial fibrillation in CHF patients

in order to reduce the incidence of atrial fibrillation

the above indexes of patients should be closely monitored in clinic and given corresponding intervention measures.
