目的 探讨抑郁症患者自主神经功能损伤与微伏级T波电交替(MTWA)的相关性。方法 选取2022年1月至2023年10月我院收治的符合抑郁症诊断的患者50例为研究对象,检测心率变异性(HRV)、心率减速力(DC)、心率加速力(AC)、连续心率减速力(DRs)评估自主神经功能。根据MTWA的发生分为MTWA阳性组和MTWA阴性组,比较两组患者的自主神经功能损伤程度及其可能的影响因素。采用Spearman分析自主神经功能损伤与MTWA的相关性。结果 MTWA阳性组和MTWA阴性组全部NN间期的标准差(SDNN)、总频谱(TP)、高频带(HF)、DC、AC、DR4、血钾比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)
Logistic回归分析显示:SDNN数值降低是抑郁症患者发生MTWA的危险因素。Spearman相关性分析显示:AC与MTWA呈正相关,DC、SDNN、血钾与MTWA呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论 抑郁症患者自主神经功能损伤与MTWA的发生存在一定的相关性,MTWA可预测恶性心律失常及心源性猝死的发生。
