目的 基于对心率变异性相关指标的分析,探讨其与老年慢性心力衰竭严重程度的相关性。方法 选取我院90例老年慢性心力衰竭患者作病例组,按NYHA心功能分级,分为心功能Ⅱ级组、心功能Ⅲ级组、心功能Ⅳ级组,选取30例健康老年人群作对照组,所有研究对象均行动态心电图检查,病例组另外进行了心脏超声及NT-pro BNP检查。分析各组之间的HRV指标差异以及病例组中HRV指标和射血分数、NT-pro BNP的相关性。结果 心率变异性指标在对照组和不同心功能组间均不全相同,随着NYHA心功能分级的增加,HRV下降程度越明显。心率变异性指标与射血分数呈正相关。心率变异性指标与NT-pro BNP呈负相关,其中SDNN与NT-pro BNP相关系数为-0.697,有较强负相关。结论 心率变异性可用于提示老年慢性心力衰竭严重程度。
