心电图心率变异性(HRV)反映调节心律的心脏自主神经功能的状态,分析心率变异不同指标的测定数值可以了解自主神经功能总体是否平衡,交感神经功能占优势抑或迷走神经功能占优势。通过HRV的连续检测,临床用于评估疾病的风险,预测预后,比如,急性心肌梗塞、糖尿病、高血压、房颤等;人力资源部用于评价人才类型,预测抗压力的程度及应急反应;运动员用于体能训练或比赛状态监测,评估疲劳恢复程度,预测以后的训练强度及比赛成绩。这些广泛的应用都需要关注心率变异测量指标的重复性和可比性。
